The inner cover is one of the most overlooked components of any great memory foam mattress, yet it is one of the most critical. The Intense® inner cover is a breathable cotton Jersey-knit fabric that prevents wear due to friction...the number one enemy of visco-elastic memory foam.

The Intense® mattress is manufactured in the United States using state-of-the-art "Clean-Foam" technology with no BHT- no harmful smells or carcinogenic chemicals.

The Intense® is equipped with the most advanced open flame resistance technology and meets the strict California TB 603 standard. Other fire protection features include fireproof Kevlar thread in every seam in the cover and a fire-proof skirt along the inside of the cover border. This mattress is comfortable and safe enough for hotels, the health care industry.
